In line with the celebration of 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐎𝐫𝐩𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 and to promote environmental practices, the Gamma Sigma Sorority–UP Red Scorpions successfully conducted a 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 themed “𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐎𝐫𝐩𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭–𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧”, on December 13, 2025, at Brgy. Bitin, Bay, Laguna, in collaboration with the 𝑀𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔–𝐵𝑎𝑛𝑎ℎ𝑎𝑤 𝑊𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑒𝑑 𝐴𝑟𝑒𝑎 𝑇𝑒𝑎𝑚 (𝑀𝐵𝑊𝐴𝑇) 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑁𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑃𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝐶𝑜𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 (𝑁𝑃𝐶), and in partnership with the 𝐺𝑎𝑚𝑚𝑎 𝑆𝑖𝑔𝑚𝑎 𝐹𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑦.

PASKOrpyon is an annual initiative of the Gamma Sigma Sorority, rooted in service and care for the community. This year, it goes beyond a simple activity; it stands as a response to the crisis we are facing today. To contribute to environmental greening and protection within the vicinity of the 𝑀𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔–𝐵𝑎𝑛𝑎ℎ𝑎𝑤 𝑊𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑒𝑑 𝐴𝑟𝑒𝑎, the sorority and its partner organizations planted a total of 100 Narra seedlings. This collaboration extends beyond the planting activity, encompassing care, maintenance, and monitoring for years to come.

𝐎𝐧 30𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, the Gamma Sigma Sorority – UP Red Scorpions proudly joins with brothers from the Gamma Sigma Fraternity – UP Red Scorpions in 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 50𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 67𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, respectively, held at Lotus Tea and Coffee, UPLB.

This celebration marks not just the passing of years, but the enduring spirit of unity, loyalty, sisterhood, and brotherhood that binds every Red Scorpion. Through five decades of sisterhood and over six decades of brotherhood, we continue to uphold the values that define us through compassion, excellence, and genuine service to others.

As part of the 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on the 30th of September, the Gamma Sigma Sorority and Fraternity – UP Red Scorpions conducted a community outreach activity by sharing food with our hardworking jeepney drivers in UPLB.

On the road, everyday heroes! We are grateful to our jeepney drivers for always keeping us students safe and punctual, regardless of the weather and personal challenges.

This initiative stands as one of the many efforts of the organization to live out the true spirit of the Buwan ng Alakdan, a time to serve with compassion, strengthen our unity, and uphold the values of loyalty, unity, brotherhood, and sisterhood that define every member of Gamma Sigma.

Through this simple act of giving, we extend our gratitude to those who keep our communities moving and reaffirm our commitment to serve our fellow Filipinos with empathy, humility, and purpose.
