Former adviser of UPLB Astrophysics Research Lab was at Tsukuba, Japam for the official turn-over of DIWATA-1 Philippine microsat to JAXA for its deployment at Cape Canaveral in the US later this year.

Dr. Sese is currently the head of the National Space Dev't Program of DOST.
