The Philippines is getting ready to welcome the global education community.
Preparations are underway for the 31st ICDE World Conference, bringing together educators, researchers, policymakers, and technology experts from the Philippines and around the world in Cebu City in November 2027.
Hosted by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), ICDE 2027 will explore how open, distance, and flexible learning can contribute to a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable future for education. Recent consultations and Knowledge Dialogues in Cebu and Metro Manila have already brought local and international partners together to shape conversations around the future of learning.
