The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (OVCCA) serves as UPLB's arm in nurturing harmonious relations with the University's various constituents, namely the UPLB students, faculty, and staff, allied institutions, the Los Baños community and local government, and communities in the CALABARZON region. OVCCA oversees the following units: UPLB Security and Safety Office (SSO), Univers

ity Health Service (UHS), UPLB Housing Office (UHO), and UPLB Gender Center. OVCCA also oversees the Environmental Stewardship Committee, Crisis Management Committee, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Task Force, and the Joint Management Committees (JMCs) for all of UPLB's land leases. This page is managed by staff members of OVCCA, located on the 3rd Floor of the BM Gonzalez Hall (UPLB Main Library). This page was created so that OVCCA’s stakeholders and the public in general can receive official and timely news and information about the Office and its various activities. We encourage our followers to engage in wholesome and harmonious conversation and to air their concerns in a mature and professional manner.
