- Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/guardians, or Certificate of Tax Exemption from BIR.

• Walang natatanggap na anumang government-funded scholarship.

• Duly accomplished TDP Application Form (issued by the CHED-UniFAST Office)
• Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Official Study Load na may OJT/Extension subject, kung mayroon
• Latest Certificate of Indigency
• Photocopy ng valid Government ID at/o Student ID

Kung hindi makakuha ng Certificate of Indigency, maaaring magsumite ng alinman sa mga sumusunod:

Bukas na ang aplikasyon para sa 2026 CHED-Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), kung saan ang mga kwalipikadong estudyante ay maaaring makatanggap ng ₱7,500 one-time financial grant na makatutulong sa kanilang gastusin sa pag-aaral.

SINO ANG MAAARING MAG-APPLY?
✅ Filipino citizen
✅ Kasalukuyang naka-enroll sa unang undergraduate degree program
✅ Enrolled sa alinman sa mga sumusunod:
• State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
• CHED-Recognized Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs)
• Qualified Private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
✅ Hindi kasalukuyang benepisyaryo ng Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), o iba pang government-funded student financial assistance programs.
