Empowering the next line of leaders! The 4-Day Supervisory Development Course 2 (SDC 2) was successfully conducted for supervisors and aspiring supervisors who completed SDC 1 in 2025. Implemented in two separate batches, the program focused on strengthening leadership competencies, enhancing supervisory skills, and preparing participants for greater responsibilities in their respective roles.

This initiative was led by the Human Resource Management Office, with the assistance of the Faculty and Staff Development Unit, facilitated by the Civil Service Commission, and with the full support of the administration of Southern Luzon State University.
