📢 Announcement: Enhancement Program Master List, Schedule, and Room Assignments for Academic & Non-Academic Subjects

The official master list, schedule, and designated room assignments for the Enhancement Program are now released. All participants are advised to review the attached document for their respective details.

The Enhancement Program will run from April 27 to May 14, 2026

Please be informed that wearing the school uniform is not required during the program. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable yet proper attire throughout the sessions.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

The SLSU-Laboratory School thru the initiative of the SPTA, proudly announces its upcoming Enhancement Program, designed to strengthen students’ academic skills and develop their talents.

✨ Program Offerings:

📘 Academic Subjects:
• Mathematics
• Science
• English
• Filipino

🎨 Non-Academic Courses:
• Volleyball
• Dance
• Digital Arts
• Baking
• Theater Arts
• Entrepreneurship

💰 Fees:
• ₱1,000 per subject (for both Academic and Non-Academic courses)
• ₱1,500 for Baking

📌 Important Reminder:
Students are required to enroll in at least one (1) Academic subject before they can enroll in any Non-Academic course.

📅 Program Duration:
April 27 to May 14

📝 Start of Enrollment:
April 7, 2026

Good day, Parents and Guardians!
We would like to inform you that the uniform sizing for incoming Grade 7 students will be conducted during the enrollment period. To ensure the correct fit, please make sure to bring your child with you during the scheduled dates.

🗓 Sizing Schedule:
• April 14 – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• April 15 – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• April 15 – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Enrollment Procedure

Steps:
1. Submission of the requirements
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Original and photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Original and photocopy of SF9 (Grade 6 Report Card)
• 1 pc – 1×1 colored picture (white background)
• 1 pc – 2×2 colored picture (white background)
• Long white folder
• 1 copy of Enhanced Basic Education Enrollment Form (EBEEF)
• Two (2) copies of the colored Enrollment Form with 1x1 picture in long bond paper (8.5”x13”)
o Grade 7 – green
o Grade 8 – blue
o Grade 9 – yellow
o Grade 10 – red
2. Evaluation of Books
3. Assessment of Fees
4. Payment of the PTA and SSLG Membership Fee
5. *Enrollment & payment by subject in Enhancement training (voluntary)
6. School and PE uniform and ID payment at the Business Affairs Office
7. Order of Payment at the University Accounting Office
8. Payment at the University Cashier’s Office
9. Posting at the Office of the University Registrar – Window 2B
10. Exit at SLSU Gate 1
