The discipling of this nation is not only about the whole nation being submitted to His will and design. It is also about the Church discovering God’s unique gifts to Pilipinas.
Just as every people group in Scripture was given distinct characteristics—uniquely enabled and empowered for a purpose—so every nation has a gift, intentionally designed as part of God’s plan for shalom.
And while we know that this shalom—this wholeness, harmony, and completeness—will only be fully realized when Christ returns, we are called even now to participate in it.
Yet today, many are searching—left and right—because these truths are not clearly taught or lived out.
This is the time when old formulas no longer work. This is the time for the Church, in humility, to repent.
⸻
For me, this is the core truth:
I know that I have been made complete in Christ.
Scripture is clear—when you surrender your life to Him, you are already complete. You are a new creation.
The challenge is not becoming complete—but walking in that completeness.
You lack nothing.
The ambitions of this world are not meant to complete you.
I do not need to be a lawyer to become complete—I am called to be a lawyer.
I do not need a position in the judiciary to feel complete—I am called to serve there.
I did not pursue becoming Chief Justice to prove that I am “number one”—I was called to serve.
Your business, your career, your academic achievements—they are not given to complete you.
They are your calling.
They are platforms to serve and to reveal the excellence of Christ.
⸻
You are called to show what makes a Christian different:
• the joy within you
• the refusal to engage in dishonesty
• the constant desire to serve your community
That is what sets you apart.
You are not called to be the richest businessman.
No Christian is commanded to be the richest.
But you may be called to that position—and if so, it becomes your platform to give the world a glimpse of the Kingdom of God.
Every time people encounter the “sweet aroma of Christ” in your life—in your integrity, your service, your character—they experience a foretaste of His Kingdom.
