On June 9, 2026, the College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA) successfully conducted its Recognition and Awarding Ceremony at the CAFA Exhibit Hall, honoring students for their academic excellence, creative achievements, leadership, and dedication throughout the academic year.

Congratulations to our Architects for passing the January 2026 Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA)! 🎉🏛️

Our first takers achieved 85.71% passing rate against the 82.9% national passing rate. This achievement reflects their dedication, resilience, and the University’s sustained commitment to outcomes-oriented and industry-relevant education.

This milestone mirrors our core values—Excellence in academic and professional preparation, Fortitude in meeting licensure challenges, Mindfulness in ethical and responsible practice, Unity through collective success, and Service through nation-building professions like architecture.

This achievement is aligned with several Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs) such as SDG 4 (Quality Education) by demonstrating the effectiveness of competency-based instruction and professional readiness of graduates; SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) it underscores the role of licensed architects in advancing innovation and resilient infrastructure; and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by highlighting pathways to professional employment and contribution to a skilled workforce.

In line with the directives from the City Government of Lucena, classes in all levels at the Main Campus will shift to online mode starting tomorrow, October 20, 2025 until October 22, 2025 (Wednesday).

Furthermore, mandatory wearing of face masks shall be implemented starting tomorrow until further notice particularly for indoor and outdoor settings where physical distancing cannot be maintained. This aims to help prevent the spread of flu-like illnesses and pneumonia within the University community.

Individuals experiencing flu-like symptoms such as cough, colds, sore throat or fever are advised to isolate immediately.

Office transactions and other scheduled activities may still proceed subject to strict compliance with the health and safety protocols.

Everyone is advised to stay safe and continue monitoring official announcements for further updates.
