𝘼 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙥 — Tecla San Andres Ziga broke barriers and inspired generations through excellence, integrity, and service.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗭𝗶𝗴𝗮, the first Filipina to top the 1930 Bar Examination with an outstanding score of 89.4%, proved that determination and brilliance can open doors once thought impossible for women. Her achievement marked a historic milestone in Philippine legal history and paved the way for more women to enter the legal profession.

Known as a 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 in public service, she later served the nation with dignity and commitment in the Senate. Through her leadership, she became a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻, 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, championing causes that strengthened communities and promoted equality.
