We envision the LMSTC as a center of information of the local manpower system; able to iidentify, direct and provide an effective and relevant area of Technical-Vocational Education Training for domestic and overseas labor market, goods and services. MISSION

POLICIES

Enrollment procedure / Admission
The LMSTC is open to out-of school public, high school/college graduates/ undergraduates, employed or unemployed residents of Lucena City who wish to avail of its services and facilities provided they meet the center's regulations and requirements. All applicants must file their appplication for enrollment at the City Planning and Development Office following the given procedure for filling.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Uniform / ID
The LMSTC shirt / plain white t-shirt with TESDA & LMSTC logo serves as an identification of an LMSTC student. Slippers and shorts are not allowed in the training center. LMSTC ID should be worn regularly for identification. Decorum / Behavior
Orderliness and cleanliness
Each students is expected to help in the upkeep of training center. He/she should avoid littering in the classroom and the entire area. He shouls also avoid writing on the walls or in any equipment that belongs to the center. Silence
Besides the fact that LMSTC is close to offices, silence must be observed at all times.

RELATED ACTIVITIES

Educational Tour
activities outside the center such as plant tours are organized for student exposure and additional information. On-the-job Training / Practicum
Actual training among partner offices / shops that will give them the direct experience on thenature of jobs they can apply their courses into shall be provided. Environmental Services
Provide students with opportunities for environmentalawareness and community service through activities such as Clean & Green, and joining the city's Rivers Resuscitation Program. Seminar / Symposium
Skilled and experienced speakers will be invited to hold workshops and training to develop students in honing and exploring his/her own capabilities.
