๐Ÿ“ข OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

TO: All Students and Faculty

SUBJECT: Shift to Hybrid Learning and Flexible Work Arrangements
Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 22, s. 2026 and Resolution No. 12, s. 2026, the institution will implement a temporary shift to hybrid learning modality and flexible working arrangements due to the current extreme heat index and transportation disruptions.

This shall take effect on April 15, 2026, until further notice.

๐Ÿ”น Key Guidelines:

1. Hybrid / Online Class Modality
Classes will transition from face-to-face to hybrid learning. Approximately 70% to 80% of coursework will be conducted online or through asynchronous platforms.
Courses that require physical presenceโ€”such as Mathematics, laboratory classes, Physical Education (P.E.), and NSTPโ€”will follow scheduled onsite sessions.

2. Departmental Coordination
Specific schedules and additional instructions will be released by the respective Departments and Deans. Students and faculty are advised to stay updated through official communication channels.

3. Institutional Compliance
All online classes must strictly follow institutional policies and guidelines to ensure quality instruction and academic integrity.

4. Health and Safety
Everyone is encouraged to stay hydrated, avoid unnecessary exposure to extreme heat, and regularly monitor official announcements.

5. Monitoring and Accountability
Appropriate monitoring and reporting mechanisms will be enforced to maintain effective class delivery and faculty accountability.
This arrangement shall remain in effect until further notice.

For guidance and compliance.
