In preparation for the upcoming CHED Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) application, all interested and qualified students are requested to accomplish the TES Application Form through the Google Form link provided below.

📍Application Period: July 10 to July 23, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:

📌Must be officially enrolled at Apayao State College-Luna Campus.

📌Must not be a recipient of any government-funded scholarship program or grant (e.g., TES, TDP-TES, DOST, or NCIP).

📌Must not be an overstaying college student.

📋Please ensure that all information provided in the application form is complete, true, and accurate. Applications containing incomplete or falsified information may be disqualified.

📋Kindly read and answer all questions carefully before submitting your application.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | All ASCians are hereby informed that the “Kamustahan sa Apayao State College – Luna Campus” with the new College President, Dr. Emmanuel James P. Pattaguan, will be held on July 8, 2026, at the EKB Multi-Purpose Building, in accordance with the schedule indicated in the official memorandum.

Students are requested to attend only during the schedule assigned to their respective academic programs, arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session, and bring their own water tumbler or reusable water bottle in support of the College’s environmental sustainability initiatives.

All students are encouraged to take note of their designated schedules and comply with this advisory. The activity aims to strengthen communication between the College administration and the student body by providing an avenue for dialogue, the exchange of ideas, and discussions on matters concerning the institution and the ASC community.

Old and returning students are advised to follow the prescribed uniform schedule: Type A uniform every Monday and Thursday, Departmental Shirt every Tuesday, and Free Dress every Wednesday.

Meanwhile, freshman students are allowed to wear free dress every day until further notice. However, all clothing must remain decent, appropriate, and in accordance with the institution’s dress code.

Students are encouraged to observe proper attire at all times and comply with this advisory issued by the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).

IN PHOTOS | As College Week at Apayao State College–Luna Campus entered its final day, the celebration shifted from the opening festivities to its remaining major events. Students gathered once again to take part in activities that brought together different year levels and continued the momentum built during the previous days.

Among the highlights was the Mr. & Ms. Freshie pageant, where first-year students represented their respective groups with confidence and poise before their peers, faculty, and staff. The program also featured games, a Zumba session, and other activities that encouraged participation and strengthened interaction across the campus community.

It was a reminder of how much students can achieve together, creating shared memories and connections that will outlast the event itself.
