You alone have destroyed every heresy in the whole world. In the midst of our struggles, our anguish, and our distress, defend us from the power of the enemy, and at the hour of death, receive our souls into paradise.

HONORING A LEGACY | Introducing the Crispin D. Arong Sr. Conference Room.

Located on the fifth floor of Saint Joseph College, the CDAS Room lies behind Ataviado Hall. It formerly served as the conference room for the Academic Council before it was transferred to its current location near the Student Activity Center.

In 2025, the space was named in honor of the late Executive Vice President of the school, Crispin D. Arong Sr.

ASEAN MONTH 2026 | The SJC Basic Education Department joined several higher education institutions across Eastern Visayas in the CHED ASEAN Month Kick-Off Ceremony and Simultaneous Flag Raising on Monday, August 10.

This year’s celebration carries the theme, “ASEAN Connect: Celebrating Unity in Diversity Through Education, Culture, and Innovation,” which emphasizes the values of unity and inclusivity, as well as the role of education in strengthening ties among ASEAN member states.
