ICYMI: National University Achieves Strong Performance in the CELE

National University proudly celebrates the outstanding performance of its graduates in the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), with all campuses offering Civil Engineering surpassing the national passing rate of 47.90% for first-time takers and 35.05% overall. This achievement reflects NU’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, quality instruction, and the development of globally competitive engineers.

NU Manila recorded a 58.33% passing rate for first-time takers and 40.67% overall, both exceeding the national benchmarks. NU Laguna likewise achieved 64% for first-time takers and 53.33% overall, demonstrating strong program performance. NU Baliwag delivered exceptional results with an 83.33% passing rate for first-time takers and 80% overall, while NU Dasmariñas achieved a perfect 100% passing rate for first-time takers, highlighting a remarkable feat of academic excellence.

These accomplishments underscore National University’s dedication to shaping future-ready engineering professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills, and discipline to excel in their field and contribute to nation-building.

NU also proudly recognizes topnotcher John Patrick M. Curata who ranked 5th, further strengthening its legacy of excellence in engineering education.

As part of its continued commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible waste management, NU Clark, in partnership with SMART, SM Cares, and NU Clark COMEX, proudly launches its E-Waste Collection Drive!

Designated collection bins are available at the 4th Floor and will be accessible until May 29. We encourage every Nationalians to take part by properly disposing of electronic waste and contributing to a cleaner, greener environment.

We also invite everyone to join us on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday) for the official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the start of this meaningful initiative.

Together, let us take an active role in promoting responsible e-waste disposal and building a more sustainable future. 💛💙
