Madridejos Community College (MCC) proudly shows its support for the National Women’s Month Celebration by wearing purple every Wednesday of March—a symbol of justice, dignity, and women’s empowerment.

From the first Wednesday and continuing now on the second Wednesday, the MCC community remains united in promoting gender equality and recognizing the invaluable contributions of women in our society.

We encourage everyone to wear purple every Wednesday this March as a sign of solidarity and support for women’s rights and empowerment.

💜 March is National Women’s Month! 💜

March is officially recognized in the Philippines as National Women’s Month Celebration — a time to honor the strength, leadership, achievements, and contributions of women in all sectors of society.

In line with this celebration, the MCC community is encouraged to participate in our Purple Wednesday Campaign 💜

📌 Every Wednesday for the whole month of March, everyone in MCC is encouraged to wear a purple shirt as a sign of support for women’s empowerment and gender equality.

Purple symbolizes justice, dignity, and commitment to advancing women’s rights. By wearing purple, we stand together in promoting Gender and Development (GAD) and building a more inclusive and equitable community.

Let us celebrate and support women not only this month but every day.

Madridejos Community College proudly joins the observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, standing united in promoting awareness, respect, and safety for all.

Through the display of the official campaign banner and the dissemination of updated VAW-related brochures to students, MCC continues to strengthen its commitment to education, advocacy, and action toward a violence-free community.

Together, we raise our voices and take part in building a safer and more inclusive society.
