On September 21, 1972, then-President Ferdinand E. Marcos signed Proclamation No. 1081, placing the Philippines under martial law.

The College of Education Student Council (CESC) for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 was officially renewed as an Accredited Student Organization of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) during the 2026 Mass Induction.

The newly elected CESC officers successfully complied with the requirements set by the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) and the Supreme Student Council (SSC), securing the organizationโ€™s official accreditation for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027.

The renewal formally recognizes CESC as an accredited student organization and marks the beginning of another term of student leadership and service to the College of Education community.

The College of Education Student Council (CESC) 2025โ€“2026 earned three major recognitions during the 2026 Gawad Sinukuan & Mass Induction, held on September 17, 2026, at the Bren Z. Guiao Memorial Multi-Purpose Center.

The council received the following distinctions:

As the council concludes its term, these awards mark a meaningful recognition of its work and the legacy of service it leaves to the College of Education.
