𝙋𝘼𝙁𝙏𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙜: Filipino Food Month

𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐧—𝐢𝐭𝐨’𝐲 𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨. 🇵🇭

Sa bawat higop ng sinigang na may asim na parang alaala, sa bawat kagat ng malutong na lechon at nagmamantikang sisig, sa lambing ng adobo at lalim ng kare-kare, naroon ang kwento ng tahanan. Kahit sa simpleng tusok ng isaw o saya ng kwek-kwek sa kanto, at sa matamis na halo-halo at kakanin, buo ang karanasan: 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗼, 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮, 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆.

Ngayong Filipino Food Month, ipagdiwang natin ang 𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗻𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝘂𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻, 𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗸𝘂𝗺𝘂𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗼—dahil sa bawat handa, may kwento; at sa bawat kwento, may pagkaing Pinoy na nag-uugnay sa atin. 🍽️

A requirement turned into a movement, this 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 of the 4th Year BSFT students goes beyond the classroom, standing as a shared commitment to food safety, precision, and public health.

In collaboration with PAFT-PSAU, this initiative bridges academic learning and professional practice, where future Food Technologists are not just trained, but shaped alongside a community that upholds industry standards.

Bringing together 3rd and 4th year students, the seminar becomes a space where principles are not only taught, but translated into real-world responsibility.

March 25–26 at CASTech Days, our Food Technology students didn’t just compete, they experimented, imagined, and stirred up magic. From clever ideas to bold creations, every project carried a spark of their passion and a taste of their brilliance. 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 | Wreath-Laying Ceremony for PSAU’s 140th Founding Anniversary and 11th Charter Celebration

Held last January 13, members of the PSAU Administrative Council, led by University President Dr. Anita G. David, together with Municipal Mayor Hon. Ma. Lourdes Lacson, alumni—including a representative from the Pioneer Batch of 1958—and key officials gathered at the University Facade for a solemn wreath-laying ceremony.

The activity honored PSAU’s 140 years of service and 11 years as a chartered university, reflecting on its legacy and inspiring a future filled with promise.
