CLASS SUSPENSION ALERT: No Face-to-Face Classes on November 18 Due to Super Typhoon

Face-to-face classes in all public and private schools in Magalang, Pampanga are suspended on November 18, 2024. This precautionary measure prioritizes the safety of students amid expected strong winds and heavy rainfall.

Meanwhile, non-teaching personnel, faculty with administrative designations, and those on VSL status will report for work.

Pampanga State Agricultural University will be participating in the Fourth Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on November 14, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

This drill aims to strengthen earthquake preparedness across our campus, equipping everyone with the knowledge and readiness needed for such emergencies.

The PSAU community is advised to actively participate by following the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure during the drill and remaining calm. This is an essential part of ensuring the safety of our community.

Congratulations to the PSAU Robotics Team! Once again, they have brought immense pride to the university with an outstanding performance at the Philippine VEX Robotics Competition - VEXU Qualifying Tournament 1, held at Makati High School on November 13, 2024. The team has bagged the following awards: 3rd Place in the VEX World Skills rankings, Robot Skills Champion, and Tournament Finalist.

This achievement is a testament to their dedication and passion for robotics, adding to a history of victories and international representation, including their recent participation on the global stage at the World VEX Robotics Competition. The team’s hard work and commitment continue to shine, elevating PSAU’s name in the field of robotics.

The team members are Knat Xywenh T. Salvador, Yver Richardson M. Arias, Jerby P. Tanglao, Emelito E. Angeles II, Phrygian G. Moreno, Cyrene Gio C. Garcia, and Clark Jhem L. Arriola, with the trainees, Christian James P. Bondoc, Jermaine L. Crlis, Johndy Q. Salomon, Arianne Faye S. Mallari, Jaeronne P. Simbulan, and Cy Thomas B. Manguera. Also, with them are their coaches and advisers, Engr. Maribel T. Bravo, Engr. Rosalie T. Tuazon, Engr. Johan Winsli G. Felix, Engr. Romana B. Pare, and Dean Dr. Madeliene Solis.

With every competition, the PSAU Robotics Team proves themselves as true champions. Here’s to their continued success and the bright future ahead!
