EPS REGULAR WORKERS
NOTICE TO PROCESS DOCUMENTS
Ang mga sumusunod po na EPS Regular and Sincere workers na mayroon ng valid CCVI ay pinapayuhang mag-punta sa aming tanggapan, Pre-Employment and Government Placement Bureau (PEGPB) Window M, Ground Floor upang mag-proseso ng kanilang aplikasyon ng visa.
Kung ang inyong pangalan ay nakasama sa listahan ngunit di pa tapos mag-training ng Korean Language and Culture Training (KLCT), HUWAG MUNANG SUNDIN ang itinakdang panahon na mag-proseso ng inyong visa application. KAILANGAN PONG TAPUSIN MUNA AND KLCT sapagkat ang KLCT training certificate ay isa po sa kailangang dokumento. Kung may katanungan tungkol sa KLCT, maaari pong tumawag sa 8-722-11-75, hanapin po si Ms. Sam or si Mr. Mark.
MGA PAALALA:
1. Ang CCVI po ay valid lamang ng tatlong (3) buwan, ayon sa HRD Korea, dapat makapag-proseso kaagad ng visa application at makapasok o makapagtrabaho sa South Korea sa loob ng dalawang (2) buwan simula ng na-isyu ang CCVI maaari pong macancel and inyong kontrata kung kayo ay hindi agad makaalis
2. Kapag nakansela ang kontrata, makipag-ugnayan kaagad sa aming tanggapan;
3. Wala po tayong visa application na tinatanggap tuwing araw ng LUNES sapagkat
ito ay para lamang sa pag-proseso ng mga aalis patungong South Korea.
Para sa mga manggagawang naiproseso na, mangyaring huwag na pumunta sa DMW at maghintay na lamang ng iyong iskedyul ng deployment. Para sa mga naideploy na sa Korea, huwag ng pasinin ang inyong pangalan sa listahan.
The following EPS Regular and Sincere workers with CCVI are hereby advised to proceed to this Office, Pre-Employment and Government Placement Branch (PEGPB) for the processing of documents including visa application.
However, if your name is included in the list but not finish the Korean Language and Culture Training (KLCT) yet, please disregard the deadline for submission of visa application. KLCT training certificate is required for visa application. If you have further questions about KLCT, please call 8-722-11-75 and look for Ms. Sam or Mr. Mark.
REMINDERS:
1. The CCVI itself is valid for three months, HRD Korea requires that workers must enter South Korea no later than two months after the CCVI is issued your contract maybe cancelled if you were not able to process and depart for Korea asap.
2. For those workers who have cancelled labor contract, please coordinate first with our office;
3. No visa applications on Mondays. This day is for processing of workers for deployment.
For those workers who have been processed, please do not report to DMW anymore and wait for your deployment schedule. For those already deployed in Korea, please disregard your name in the list.
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA APPLICATION:
1. Valid passport
2. Valid NBI clearance (3 months valid from the date of issuance)
3. 1 Set of Eregistration Profile
4. 1 Set of KLCT Training Certificate (For Regular worker)
5. 1 Set of Training Fee receipt (500 pesos) (For Regular worker)
6. 1 Set of PEOS Certificate
7. 1 Set of Employment Contract (3 copies)
8. 1 Set of Arrival Report (Stamped on your passport) (For Sincere only)
9. 1 Set of Chest X-ray (Korean Embassy designated Hospital/clinic)
10. Valid Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) from any DOH accredited medical clinic for overseas employment (including Hepatitis B (HBsAg) and Syphilis test (VDRL))
11. Valid PSA issued Birth Certificate
