Mr. Ryan P. Kabigting is one of the pioneering graduates of the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English in 2010, finishing with honors as ๐๐๐บ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ. An educator by profession, he now serves as School Principal I of Candating National High School. Driven by his unwavering will to grow in the field of education, he pursued further studies and earned his Master of Arts in Education in English in 2016 from the same university. True to the belief that learning never stops, Mr. Kabigting continues his academic journey at ๐๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐, ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐, ๐๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป,where he is taking his ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ฝ๐ต๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ด๐น๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐..
Just five days after graduation, in a university where employment after finishing studies is a proud tradition, Mr. Kabigting signed his first contract as an English Teacher and School Paper Adviser (English and Filipino) at Adelle Grace Montessori School, Incorporated in Arayat, Pampanga. His success was greatly supported by the training and experiences he gained as part of Sinukuan Gazette, the official publication of the university, under the mentorship of then School Paper Adviser, Dr. Glenn M. Calaguas.
In 2012, he joined the Department of Education (DepEd), first serving as Teacher I at Don Antonio Lee Chi Uan Integrated School in Bacolor, Pampanga. The following year, he transferred to Justino Sevilla High School, where he taught Grade 10 English and advised Nexus, the schoolโs official English publication. Though he never imagined leaving classroom instruction, destiny had other plans. In 2022, he was promoted to Head Teacher III-English, supervising the Department of English and Literature.
With deep commitment and passion for serving the learning community, Mr. Kabigting took the National Qualifying Examinations for School Head (NQESH) in 2024. Offering his dedication and success to God Almighty, he passed the examinations, paving the way to becoming a full-fledged school principal.
Beyond his administrative role, Mr. Kabigting is also a teacher-researcher. He has published several studies that earned citations and recognition in the field of educational research. In October 2019, he presented his study Computer Assisted Instruction and Studentsโ Comprehension of a Literary Text at the Universal Academic Cluster International Conference in Bangkok, Thailand. In September 2023, he served as an ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฑ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ (๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฃ-๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ) organized by the ๐๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฃ). He continues to expand his expertise by taking on diverse roles that strengthen his craft.
Currently, he is a member of the ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐. Looking back, Mr. Kabigting was once a dreamer facing an uncertain future. Yet, Pampanga Agricultural College (PAC), now PSAU, became his havenโa place of learning, experiences, and life lessons that shaped him into the person he is today. Wherever his career takes him, PAC will always remain a cornerstone of his success.
His message to students is simple yet profound:
