The training was conducted by F03 Jeffrey Rafanan, with the assistance of F02 Mike Joie Alejon from the Bureau of Fire Protection โ€“ Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, through the approval of SFO4 Richard D. Garcia, Acting Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Protection - Magsingal.
