💛 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐒𝐔𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞: 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Today, we are reminded that talking about su***de should not be something we avoid. Sometimes, a conversation can be the first step toward understanding what someone is going through.

A simple “𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐤𝐚?”, taking time to listen, or simply letting someone know that they are not alone can matter more than we realize.

As a campus community, let us make it easier for one another to talk, ask for help, and seek support when things become difficult.

If you are struggling, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧. Reach out to someone you trust. And if someone comes to you, listen. You don't always need the right words—sometimes, being there is already a lot.

This 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲, let us 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 💛

🏅 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐒! 💙💛

MSU-MCEST proudly congratulates our athletes and coaches for their impressive performance in the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐌𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐀𝐀) 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬, held at the MSU Main Campus in Marawi last September 1-8, 2026!

After days of intense competition, our Martians finished with an impressive 𝟓𝟐 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐬 — 𝟑 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝, 𝟐𝟑 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐞. 🏅

Behind every medal are the early mornings, long hours of training, tired bodies, sacrifices, disappointments, and moments when you had to push yourselves a little further. More than the medals, we are proud of the heart and determination you showed every time you stepped onto the playing field and represented MSU-MCEST.

To our athletes, thank you for giving your best and for carrying the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 with pride. To our coaches, assistant staffs and team officials, thank you for your patience, guidance, and countless hours spent preparing our teams. This achievement is yours as much as it is theirs.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐀. 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫, Campus Superintendent of MSU-MCEST and Chairman of the Executive Committee of MSUSAA.

Atty. Basar, thank you for believing in our athletes and for giving them the support they need to compete and represent MSU-MCEST. Your presence, encouragement, leadership, and continued support for our sports programs mean so much to our delegation. More than simply being there to lead, you have shown our athletes that the administration believes in what they can achieve. Your support has helped create opportunities for our athletes to grow, compete, and proudly carry the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞 beyond our campus.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to our administration, faculty and staff, parents, supporters, and everyone who contributed to the success of our delegation.

As we celebrate this milestone, may these 𝟓𝟐 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐬 remind us that our Martians are capable of achieving great things when given the opportunity, guidance, and support.

From the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, we are truly proud of what this delegation has accomplished. 𝐅𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐲-𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫; 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬.

Congratulations, Martians! You have made 𝐌𝐒𝐔-𝐌𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝. 💙💛
