To all New Incoming Students and Transferees
Prepare the ticket number that you received after completing the UCU-CAT Registration.
That is the basis for creating a student number. This student number will serve as a distinctive identifier throughout your academic journey, allowing the institution to manage your records and track your progress effectively.

Urdaneta City University, with nearly 60 years of unwavering dedication to quality education, celebrates its 71st Commencement Exercises with the theme "SEGDEN: Threading through Horizons with Ignited Infinite Potentials. Segden, an Iloko term that means “to fuel” or “to ignite,” encapsulates the profound impact of education as a guiding light, empowering individuals and nations alike.

The theme reminds them to "segden," to fuel, and to ignite their boundless career potentials, recognizing that there are no limits or barriers except those they impose upon themselves. UCU urges its graduates to embrace their infinite potentials, break societal norms, and spearhead significant transformations, as the radiant flames of the UCU spirit continue to burn brightly within them, illuminating a future filled with limitless possibilities.

1. Form 138 / 137
2. Certificate of Good Moral
3. Barangay Clearance
4. PSA copy of Birth Certificate
5. Passport size Picture (3pcs)

*ADDITIONAL requirements for TRANSFEREES:
6. Honorable Dismissal
7. OTR with remarks "copy for UCU"

THREE copies of each document mentioned above and TWO long brown envelopes.
