To all students:

Please be informed that the last day of regular enrolment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 is on August 1, 2026.

Starting August 3, 2026, a penalty will be imposed on late enrollees.

All students are strongly advised to complete their enrolment on or before the regular deadline to avoid incurring additional charges.

𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡 𝟙: Visit the PACC Section (Guidance) for interview, document checking, and submission. Medical documents must be submitted to the University Clinic. For transferees: proceed to your college/department for evaluation.

𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡 𝟚: Go to the Accounting Section for account assessment, then settle payments at the Cashier Section.

𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡 𝟛: Load your subjects online via the Enroll Subjects option at https://enroll.ucu.edu.ph/nextstep.

For transferees: subjects will be added and approved at the Registrar Section.

𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡 𝟜: Wait for subject approval from your college. Track your status using the Enrollment Status option at the same link.
