Today, we mark our 57th year with quiet reflection and heavy hearts as we lay our beloved sister Mitch to her final resting place.

This day is not for celebration, but for remembrance, prayer, and standing together in sorrow.

Guided by Fortis Voluntas, we honor her life with unity and love. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who visited, prayed, and stood with us during her final wake—your presence meant more than words can express.

In loss, we remain united.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved sister Alex Mitch in the council.
As a Chairwoman comes with trials, and in those moments, she was my constant. She stayed when things were difficult, believed in our council when others doubted, and always chose unity over comfort. Her dedication and loyalty will remain etched in my heart and in the history of MLTCC.

We entrust her soul to God’s loving embrace, confident that she now rests in His eternal peace. Your service, love, and faith will continue to guide us. 🙏 🕊️

In celebration of the 57th National Anniversary of the Tau Gamma Sigma Triskelions’ Grand Sorority, the Tau Gamma Sigma Metro Manila Regional Council proudly presents an Inter-Council One-Day Volleyball League.

This event serves as a symbol of unity, discipline, and sisterhood—bringing together different councils in a friendly yet competitive environment that promotes sportsmanship, camaraderie, and mutual respect. 𝐓 No. 2 – Primum Nil Nocere

“First of all, do not harm.”

𝐓 No. 2 establishes a non-negotiable moral standard for every Triskelion. It declares that harm—physical, emotional, moral, or psychological—is never the primary course of action, regardless of circumstance, motive, or provocation.

The phrase “let alone in defense of self” is deliberate and firm. It teaches that even in situations of personal conflict or perceived threat, a Triskelion is expected to exercise restraint, sound judgment, and self-control before force. Self-defense is recognized, but violence is never glorified, encouraged, or used as a first response. Power without discipline is rejected.

The words “for whatever cause man has come into being, for whatever reason he exists, for whatever he is destined” affirm the intrinsic value of every human life. No individual has the authority to diminish, abuse, or harm another based on belief, background, status, or difference. Every person’s existence carries purpose and dignity, and this tenet demands respect for that truth.

The directive “keep to all living creatures around him” extends this responsibility beyond human interaction. It binds a Triskelion to a broader ethic of respect for life itself—toward people, animals, and the environment. Wanton cruelty, abuse, or disregard for life directly contradicts the Code of Conduct.

The concluding statement, “Man is brother unto man,” defines the philosophical core of the fraternity. It asserts universal brotherhood and equality. To harm another is to betray this bond and to act in opposition to the principles upon which the fraternity stands.

In alignment with the Code of Conduct, Primum Nil Nocere is not symbolic language nor poetic expression—it is a rule of conduct. It demands discipline over impulse, humanity over aggression, and conscience over emotion. It affirms that the true measure of a Triskelion is not his capacity to inflict harm, but his ability to prevent it.
