Please be reminded that this was merely a requirement to complete and submit your post deployment documents as part of the clearance process prior to graduation. It is NOT a disciplinary offense.

Kindly proceed to the Center for Linkages and Placement (CLP) for compliance and other concerns related to your OJT/Post-Deployment Clearance Requirements.
