Yesterday, GPCCI had the pleasure of welcoming the Managing Director of Robert Bosch Inc., Ms. Celeste Cervania, and the Corporate Communications and Government Relations Lead, Mr. Diego Bautista, to the office. The visit provided an opportunity for an open discussion on the company's current priorities and focus areas, as well as its ongoing and future engagement with the Chamber.

Last 27 August, the Joint Maritime Committee (JMC) welcomed Mr. Joost Mes, a retired shipping executive with 25 years of experience in the industry. The session provided participants with valuable insights drawn from his extensive experience in the Philippine shipping industry, along with his perspectives on the development of Manila's maritime sector.

German MedTech in the Philippines 🇩🇪🤝🇵🇭

GPCCI is pleased to attend the opening of the PhilMedical Expo in Manila and see the latest developments in the Philippine healthcare and medical technology sector.

We extend our greetings to the Fireworks team on another successful expo and for the continued partnership that we have, as we support our members with a 30% discount on Fireworks Expos.

One of the highlights was reconnecting with VISUS GmbH. VISUS joined our German MedTech Delegation to the Philippines last year. Seeing them now actively working in the Philippine market was a great reminder of what these programmes can lead to — from meeting potential partners to establishing a presence and building business connections in the market.

It was great to catch up with the VISUS team and see how far they have come in just one year. We are looking forward to seeing more German MedTech companies discover the opportunities in the Philippine healthcare market.
