MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION 🌿

The Junior Property Managers’ Society successfully concluded the SUSTAINABUILD SUMMIT 2026!

It was a day filled with increased awareness, critical reflections, and a shared commitment to environmentally and socially responsible property management. We explored how innovative strategies like energy efficiency and waste reduction can actively contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

A heartfelt thank you to our guest speakers for sharing their invaluable expertise, and to all the BPM students who participated actively.

Let us continue to integrate these sustainable values into our academic paths and future careers. Until the next summit!

As a committed organization dedicated to promoting active student participation and responsible leadership. We are calling on all CBFS students to take part and cast their votes in the ongoing College Student Council Elections from April 20 (9:00 A.M.) to April 24 (11:59 P.M.)

As one of the colleges with a large student population, CBFS plays a vital role in shaping the outcome of this electoral process. All students are strongly encouraged to exercise their right to vote responsibly and to carefully review and analyze the platforms and advocacies of the candidates.

What an unforgettable week to be a BPM Heron! From April 13th to the 17th, the Junior Property Managers' Society poured our hearts, energy, and unwavering commitment into enjoying and making memories during CBFS Week 2026.

Whether it was hitting the buzzers during the CBFS Feud, proudly carrying our banner on the pageant stage, or showing our strength alongside the other six dynamic local organizations, JPMS proved once again that we don't just manage properties...we build legacies!

Thank you to everyone who showed up, cheered loud. CBFS week may be over, but the bonds we forged are strictly unbreakable. Until the next time BPM Herons!
