The sixth training day carried a different weight, halfway through the course, yet still moving forward. With the Midterm Examination marking the first major checkpoint of the semester, cadets and cadettes faced an opportunity to measure the knowledge and lessons they had gained throughout the first half of training.

Following the examination, the cadets and cadettes proceeded with a lecture on Understanding National Security, led by the 270th NROTCU Program Head Director, CDR. BERNARDO MIRANDA PN(GSC)(RES). The discussion broadened their understanding of national security and the responsibilities that come with being prepared to serve and respond when called upon.

Reaching the midpoint is not the end of the journey, but a point to look back, carry the lessons forward, and remain committed to the training ahead. Half the course has passed but the mission continues.
