The Association of Law Students of the Philippines – National Capital Region (ALSP NCR) partners with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in promoting its upcoming Learning Session for the Academe, entitled:

The BSP Anti-Scam Playbook: The BSP Legal Framework in Protecting Consumers in Modern Banking

The session will cover the legal framework of banking, the Financial Consumer Protection Act, the Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act, and related BSP issuances.
