As the 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 comes to a close, UMak student leaders reflect on three meaningful days filled with learning, collaboration, and growth.☀️

Finally, as Day 3 arrived, we honored and celebrated the exceptional efforts of the student leaders throughout the boot camp. Through the awarding ceremony, they were recognized for their hard work, leadership, and teamwork in overcoming every challenge they successfully accomplished.

During the closing ceremony, 𝙑𝙋. 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙏𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙪 also shared an inspiring message highlighting the importance of building meaningful connections and embracing challenges throughout one's leadership journey. The boot camp brought together 𝟭𝟰𝟮 𝗨𝗠𝗮𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 from different colleges, councils, and organizations.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Youth and Sports Development Department, led by 𝙈𝙧. 𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧, Head of YSSD, and 𝙈𝙨. 𝙇𝙚𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙐𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮, Officer-in-Charge, for their unwavering support and dedication in making this program possible. We also express our sincere appreciation to 𝙃𝙤𝙣. YSDD BOOT CAMP DAY 2 PUTS STUDENT LEADERSHIP TO THE TEST

IN PHOTOS | University of Makati (UMak) student leaders from various colleges and institutes took on a series of team-building challenges and station-based activities that tested their leadership, communication, collaboration, and adaptability during Day 2 of the Makati Young Leaders Community Development Training Seminar Boot Camp 2026 on October 17.

The day began with morning exercises, followed by hands-on activities supervised by Makati City personnel and UMak administrators. Participants later joined a pageant, an appreciation activity, socialization, and a bonfire to cap off the day's activities.

IN PHOTOS | The students and members of the Human Resources, Office Administration, and Research Leaders gathered for Research Talk 2.0, organized by the UMak Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) on October 12, 2026, at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) of Academic Building II.

Continuing the initiative of Research Talk 1.0, Research Talk 2.0 carried the theme “From Analysis to Impact: Advancing Research Through Evidence and Innovation,” aiming to guide students in further developing and completing their research papers. Through insightful lectures and guidance from resource speaker Mr. Renniel B. Hallera, participants gained a deeper understanding of the research process, particularly in writing and completing Chapters 4 and 5, along with other essential components of research. Additionally, a question and answer session was conducted, giving students the opportunity to consult research leaders regarding their academic papers.

Please be advised that payments must be processed exclusively via GCash to GCash by entering your transaction details in the official UMak Scan-to-Pay system, accessible Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting on the mentioned date.

Students are strongly urged to settle their remaining balances within the designated schedule, as failure to do so will result in the non-issuance of the Final Examination Permit and restricted access to viewing their official Report of Grades.
