𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 (𝐒𝐌𝐒) 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. 🎉

Congratulations to the newly elected leaders of the organization! Your passion, dedication, and willingness to serve the students are truly commendable. May your leadership bring growth, unity, and success to the SMS community throughout the academic year.

The election results showed that out of 204 Supply Management students, 145 students participated in the voting process. However, based on the Constitution and By-Laws of the organization:

• Article IV, Section 1 states that a membership fee of Fifty Pesos (Php 50.00) per semester shall be levied on and collected from every member to parlay the material operational requirements of the Society.; and
• Article V, Section 1(5) states that every member shall exercise the utmost prudence in exercising the right to vote, whether the exercise be an election or vote to decide pending issues before the Society.

Based on the official records, only 97 of the 145 voters are officially recognized members who paid the required membership fee. Therefore, the election results remain valid since technically, there are only 146 official members of the organization qualified to exercise the right to vote.

To all candidates, we sincerely appreciate your courage, dedication, and willingness to serve the organization. Your participation and commitment to leadership are truly valued. Likewise, we express our gratitude to everyone who participated in the elections and exercised their right to vote. Your voices and involvement contribute to the strength and unity of the organization.

Once again, congratulations to the new set of officers of the Supply Management Society! 💙💛
