Announcement: Faculty Evaluation Schedule

The Faculty Evaluation for the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026-2027 will be conducted from October 1, 2026, to October 29, 2026. We encourage all students to participate and provide valuable feedback to enhance faculty performance.

How to Participate:
1. Access the Faculty Evaluation form at: https://umak.edu.ph/olfe.
2. Log in with your UMak email and the code provided below.
3. Check your inbox for an email about the faculty evaluation.
4. Open the email and click the link labeled "here" to start the evaluation.

The evaluation will be available from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM on the scheduled dates.
Your feedback plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education at UMak.

Preparing for Midterms? 🫨😨 Study with us! 🤓

It is 1 week before the exams Herons, find your balance and take this chance. The 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 is here to give you more space to focus, prepare, and study. Starting 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟰 to 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟲, the 𝗛𝗣𝗦𝗕 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 will be open from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠. For September 22 and 24, the Cafeteria is unavailable where RM815 and RM817 will be our temporary area to study.

Whether you’re reviewing notes, working on projects, or simply taking a well-deserved break between study sessions, this space is open to support you in your preparation and throughout the Midterm period. Strive for Excellence, Herons!

[HERONS VOICE 005] 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗠 | 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗬 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬

The student handbook addendum survey form is 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 at exactly 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. After 35 days, we have collected 𝟭𝟴% of our 𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Every response helps ensure that student voices and realities are heard and considered as we work toward policies that remain relevant, student-centered, and responsive to the evolving needs of our community. While these consolidated inputs may not immediately constitute a final addendum, they can serve as a meaningful and concrete basis for the Student Handbook Committee’s review and consideration.

But our call for student voice does not end with the closing of this survey. Every Heron still has a place in the conversation. Continue to take part in our Student Consultations, and use our official communication platforms to raise your concerns, suggestions, and experiences.

Thank you for moving with us toward this avenue and for helping us build movements that reflect the Herons we are today and the University we hope to become.
