MIST ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR 2ND SEMESTER AY 2025 -2026
For Transferees, Returning Students, and New Students (Students who completed senior high school but failed to enroll in the first semester), slot reservation is now OPEN!

The entrance examination schedule are as follows:
For NOVEMBER 2025
25, 26, 27, 28
For DECRMBER 2025
2, 3, 4, 5
Time Slots:
8:00 - 10:00 AM
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Please bring the following on the day of the examination:
1. 1x1 and 2x2 ID picture with White background
2. Ball pen
3. Pencil
4. Valid ID
Instructions:

•Once the portal is open, click the Appointment Registration Form
•Fill in necessary information
•Make sure that your mobile phone number and email address is active, your personal code and appointment approval will be sent via SMS and EMAIL
•Use your personal code to verify your appointment
•Present to School Guard on duty your approved Appointment Schedule (SMS or EMAIL) along with your ID for verification
