The De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU), the pioneer Catholic private institution in Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences, is the seventh member institution of De La Salle Philippines (DLSP). It was established in 1946 as the Araneta Institute of Agriculture in Bulacan, then transferred to Malabon the year after. In 1978 it was renamed as the Gregorio Araneta University Foundation (GAUF). The DLSAU Grade 12 graduating students who are the batch non-academic or special awardees / co‑curricular achiever-awardees were honored in a Recognition Program held at the Osmeña Hall earlier today. 🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

A solemn Eucharistic celebration was held prior to the awarding ceremony presided over by Rev. Fr. Edward Torio, IVE. Organized by the Lasallian Mission and Formation Office, this sacred moment became a fitting expression of gratitude for God’s guidance throughout their academic journey. 🙏

De La Salle Araneta University warmly welcomed representatives from Wonkwang University last May 15, 2026 for a campus and facilities visit. 💚

The delegation included Ms. Hwang Hwa Kyoung, Dean of the Department of Future Human Resources Development, and Ms. Lee Sung Sil, Research Professor. The visit was facilitated by Mr. Christopher N. Polanco, Vice President for Advancement, Linkages, and Special Projects, together with officials from the Lasallian Language Center.

This meaningful visit provided an opportunity to showcase the University’s facilities and further strengthen international academic linkages and future collaboration opportunities.
