3. Dress Code
Wear proper and presentable attire.
Do NOT wear shorts, sleeveless tops, or any inappropriate clothing.

Note: Qualified students are advised to submit their requirements on the scheduled date to confirm and secure their slot. Otherwise, the slot may be opened and given to other qualified applicants.

📌School Nurse (Part-time - Contract of Service)

Ventic, Administrative Officer IV/HRMO II. The application must include a fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025), which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph , as well as a Transcript of Records, Certificate of Training/Seminars Attended (if applicable), Certificate of Employment/Service Record (if applicable), and Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License.

The qualified applicant is advised to hand in a Complete Application Paper in a long white folder or email it to [email protected], following the email subject format (Position + Item Number (if applicable) + Appointment Status + Campus Assignment) NO later than April 17, 2026.
