Congratulations, Jail Officer 1 Graduates!

The SPAMAST-Criminology Department extends its warmest congratulations to 𝑴𝒓. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝑨𝒍𝒅𝒘𝒊𝒏 𝑳. 𝑮𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒓. 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒍 𝑲𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝑪. 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒔𝒐, criminology graduates of SPAMAST, for successfully completing the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐏𝐎𝐈).

The completion ceremony was held at the Bureau of Jail and Penology (BJMP) Regional Office XI compound to honor the 89 Jail Officer 1 trainees who successfully completed their Program of Instruction (POI). The event was not only a celebration that marks the end of the rigorous training, but it also signifies the trainees' stories of sacrifice, dedication, and discipline.

Your achievement brings so much pride to the institution and inspiration to your aspiring juniors who also dream to become one.

𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝑪𝑨𝑷 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔!

The entire SPAMAST Criminology community proudly extends its warmest congratulations to our successful alumni who participated in the recent oathtaking of new criminologists and induction of new PCAP Members. This significant event was hosted by the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) Region XI.

We celebrate this major milestone as our alumni officially embraced their professional responsibilities. They took their solemn Oath of Professional, committing to support and defend the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, and adhere to the highest ethical and professional rules of the Criminology profession. Furthermore, as new PCAP members, they were inducted and swore to defend the PCAP Constitution and the Criminologist Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

A true highlight of the ceremony was the ceremonial pinning and the official response from the Newly Registered Criminologists, which was delivered by a distinguished SPAMAST product: 𝐌𝐑. 𝐍𝐎𝐄𝐋 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐂. 𝐂𝐀𝐘𝐋𝐀𝐍, 𝐑𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦, the Top 7 passer in the August 2025 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE).

In recognition of exemplary performance in the same licensure exam, 𝐌𝐑. 𝐆𝐄𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍 𝐀. 𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐋 also received a certificate of recognition for achieving an impressive rating of 89.70%.

We commend all our alumni for their dedication and achievement as they formally embark on their careers as legally authorized Criminologist Practitioners!
