One North Luzon Dancesport Grassroots Development Program

📌The 2nd One North Luzon (ONL) Dancesport Grassroots Development Program 2026, organized by the Philippine Sports Commission and Philippine DanceSport Federation Inc. through the ONL Dancesport Chapter, will be conducted across Region I (Ilocos Region), Region II (Cagayan Valley), and the Cordillera Administrative Region from April to June 2026.

The program aims to discover and develop young dancesport athletes in Northern Luzon, especially those in rural and underserved communities. It will provide free community-based training, workshops, and introductory clinics led by qualified coaches and athletes affiliated with PDSFI.

Beyond technical dance training, the initiative promotes values such as discipline, teamwork, perseverance, respect, and fair play. It also seeks to build strong partnerships with local government units, schools, and community organizations to support sustainable grassroots athlete development.

Overall, the program intends to expand sports opportunities, encourage active lifestyles among youth, and develop future Filipino dancesport athletes and responsible citizens.
