[SAMBALARAN VI SEMINAR CAMP]

In line with the theme of Sambalaran 2022: Pagkakaisa Tugon sa Bagong Pag-asa , the College of Criminal Justice Education - Extension Service Office, in collaboration with BulSU Meneses Campus Extension Services Office, will conduct a two-day seminar which aims to educate the beneficiaries about Crime and Prevention and RA 9165 or Dangerous Drugs Act on Day 1 and R.A 9262: Anti- Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004"and Seminar about Technical Report and Writing on Day 2. These topics will be discussed by our distinguished resource speakers, Prof. Mae Andrea Bonifacio and Dr. Jocelyn Bolos Benter.

Furthermore, the schedule for the said webinar will be:

CCJE EXTENSION SERVICES OFFICE STUDENT VOLUNTEERS INTERVIEW

As it opened the application for new student leaders and volunteers, the College of Criminal Justice Education Extension Service Office conducted its first batch of the initial interview via Google Meet last July 9, 2022. The said initial interview was spearheaded by the Student Head, Ms. Denisse Balita, Asst. Student Head, Ms. Kaela Cerize Tacmo, and committee Chairpersons, Ms. Kryzelle Crisostomo, Mr. Bryan Infortuno, and Ms. Kayecee Cabarles. The final interview of the first and second batch applicants was facilitated by Ma'am Bernadette Yalong.

Whereas, the initial interview for the second batch happened virtually last September 15, 2022 led by the Student leaders of the CCJE-ESO.

We thank our new volunteers who took the call to help and render their services to the college and community.

Freshmen Orientation and Campus Tour

Freshmen orientation/campus tour took place last August 26, 2022, at Bulacan State University. During the said Orientation, booths were arranged to welcome the new students and introduce various organizations inside the University. One of them is the Criminal Justice Education Extension Service Office, which aims to encourage new volunteers to participate in serving the growing community. The CCJE ESO is committed to providing services and programs that will help not only the BulSU Community but also the community outside the University. With that, different webinars and training have been conducted that discuss several law topics such as the Katarungang Pambarangay Law and R.A. 9262 Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004, and R.A. 11313, Safe Space Act. Once again, we acknowledge our dear professors, Ma'am Bernadette P. Yalong, Ma'am Julie Rueda, Sir Ronald Lorenzo, Sir Leonardo Tobias, and our very own College Dean, Atty. Rolando Garcia for their unwavering support of the CCJE ESO.

Also, the Student Level of the College of Criminal Justice Education Extension Services Office participated in the Orientation and Campus Tour, Denisse Ira Louise C. Balita, Kryzelle Angellie Crisostomo, Shiorie Castro, Aleczandra Burgos, Rayne Teara De Maliwat, Maria Melody Cristobal and Jamie Fajardo.

[CCJE ESO CALL FOR NEW VOLUNTEERS]

Heads up, Custodes Legis!

As the new academic year starts, the College of Criminal Justice Education Extension Services Office once again opens its application for student leaders and volunteers who would like to render their services to our college and community.

We are looking for members for the following committees:

Multimedia Committee

- The Multimedia Committee has the knowledge and experience to use and manage various media formats to complete projects or works. Their responsibilities include editing publication materials, being responsible for live streaming of each project, documentation, editing and creating certificates, creating logos, and anything related to multimedia skills.

Communications and Research Committee

- The Communications and Research Committee is in charge of creating, updating, and monitoring the organization's communications policies, social networking accounts, and electronic discussion groups, as well as recommending new ways for the organization to communicate with its members and other interested parties via alternative media. Their responsibilities include creating the necessary caption for each social media post, locating and closing a partnership deal, communicating with and obtaining the attendance of the audience, as well as their feedback, suggestions, and needs, and collating the needs of an organization before each project begins.

Membership and Advocacy Committee
- The Membership and Advocacy Committee works to improve and share the organization's goals and ideals to broaden its scope and the people it serves. Their responsibilities include maximizing organizational productivity and protecting the organization from any issues that may arise, appointing each member to their respective committee, and ensuring that all organization members adhere to the conduct discipline actions.

The application is open to all bonafide students of CCJE under the Criminology and Legal Management departments.

On June 27, 2022, the Bulacan State University College of Criminal Justice Education Extension Services Office conducted a meeting with the Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education, Atty. Rolando P. Garcia to discuss about relevant matters to the Extension Services of CCJE.

The agenda includes the following:

1. Update with regard to the CCJE Extension Services Monthly Accomplishment Report;

2. Relevant matters in relation to Accreditation Level III of the college;

3. Acknowledgement of the CCJE Extension Services Office Student Leaders for their commitment and contributions to the endeavor;

4. and other matters that will redound to the benefit of the CCJE, university and other stakeholders.

Hello, Custodes Legis!
We are glad to announce that we are looking for volunteers to be part of the College of Criminal Justice Education Extension Services Office. We are looking for someone creative and willing to work with us for our Department. Both Legal Management and Criminology can Join.
