Mr. Albert Alonzo, is indeed a healthcare provider at heart as he started being a nurse, and continued providing care as he become a doctor, earning both his RN and MD titles. As the seminar continues to entails, the doctor shared his starting journey in his pre-medical years until he decided to trailblaze further into the medical world-- pursuing doctor of medicine. ๐Ÿ’Šโš•๏ธ

The doctor also proudly shared his experience and insights that him, becoming a physician-leader, was all thanks to his nursing journey. And it is indeed vital to continue enhancing leadership, and to save and to serve no matter on what his current profession is. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ

With a burning heart and will to leave a trace as he trailblaze, Mr. Hector Matthew Suarez, RN reveals the both the positivity and difficulties one may encounter in a community health setting. He even shares his insights during the pandemic as he is one of the braved front liners during those times that no matter what hardships and struggles are being thrown to them, their leadership ignites, discovered the correct path, and fought through. ๐Ÿ’‰

As he reveled and inspire other into becoming a Pathfinder, we can see that he is indeed a successful community health nurse: exhibiting emphaty, management, and leadership. ๐Ÿง‘โ€โš•๏ธ
