HUSTISYA PARA KAY ALYSSA ALANO AT MGA ISKOLAR NG BAYAN NA PINATAHIMIK NG PASISTANG PAMAHALAAN!

Nakikiisa ang Konseho ng Mag-aaral ng Pambasang Pamantasan ng Bulacan sa pag-alala at panawagan ng hustisya sa pagkamatay ng kapwa Iskolar ng Bayan at Lider-Estudyante mula sa UP Diliman University Student Council na si Alyssa Alanao.

Ayon sa mga ulat, nasawi si Alyssa habang aktibong nakikiisa at nakikisalamuha sa mga komunidad ng magsasaka sa Negros Occidental. Iniulat ng KARAPATAN na ang focused military operations noong ika-19 ng Abril ay nagdulot ng sapilitang paglikas ng mahigit 653 residente mula sa 168 kabahayan sa Toboso, Negros Occidental. Matatandaan na nananatili ang Negros bilang isa sa mga rehiyong may pinakamatinding militarisasyon at paglabag ng karapatang pantao.

Panawagan ng Konseho na:
1) Magkaroon ng malinis at agarang imbestigasyon sa naganap na karahasan;
2) Managot ang mga sangkot sa pagkamatay ni Alyssa Alano at ng kaniyang mga kasama;
3) Malayang Negros mula sa karahasan at militarisasyon

Hamon sa ating mga Iskolar ng Bayan na ipagpatuloy ang labang nasimulan ni Alyssa, isapamuhay ang diwa ng paglaban hindi lamang para sa iilan ngunit upang ipaglaban ang mga karapatan ng mamamayan. Patuloy tayong titindig para sa tunay na katarungan, kalayaan, at hustisyang panlipunan!

Sila na lumalaban nang patas sa buhay kahit sa taas ng presyo ng petrolyo na nakakaapekto sa kanilang kinikita araw-araw. Mga manggagawang nakakasalamuha ng mga Iskolar ng Bayan patungong pamantasan at pauwi sa kanilang mga tahanan.

BULSU SHIFTS TO ONLINE CLASSES FOR APRIL 10-11, 2026

In consideration of the recently issued memoranda on energy conservation and austerity measures pursuant to CHED MOC NO. 100 Series 2026 and Executive Order 110, as well as the prevailing high heat index conditions in the Province of Bulacan, this Office hereby issues the following directives to ensure the safety, welfare, and academic continuity of all concerned:

1. Shift to Online Modality for Lecture Classes
Al lecture classes scheduled from April 10 to 11, 2026 shall be conducted online. Deans and Program/Department Chairs are directed to closely monitor compliance with this directive.

2. Laboratory Classes
Laboratory classes during the same period (April 10-11, 2026) shall remain face-to-face, provided that these are conducted strictly in air-conditioned rooms or facilities
to ensure the safety and comfort of students and faculty.

3. Conduct of Final Examinations
In accordance with the University policy, particularly the Guidelines on the Hybrid
Flexible (HyFlex) Learning Modalities at Bulacan State University, which states that major course assessments musi be conducted during on-campus meetings.

Final Examinations scheduled from April 12 to 18, 2026 shall be administered strictly face-to-face. This measure is necessary to ensure academic integrity, accurate assessment, and
adherence to institutional standards, especially considering that only one week remains in the term and any further modality shift may compromise fairness and consistency in evaluation.

KASALO PROJECT 2026 | INDIGENOUS PEOPLES COMMUNITY

Noong nakaraang Enero 2026, nagtungo ang Bayanihan Tayo Committee, sa pangunguna ng BulSU College of Science Local Student Council, katuwang ang Environmental Sciences Society, Sagip Garayeño, at GEDIC Committee, sa Barangay San Lorenzo, Norzagaray, Bulacan upang maghatid ng tulong at suporta sa ating mga kabataan at Indigenous Peoples (IP) community, bilang isa sa mga benepisyaryo ng proyektong Project AGES at KASALO 2026.

Ang inisyatibang ito ay bahagi ng Campus-to-Community Network, na naglalayong patatagin ang ugnayan ng pamantasan at komunidad sa pamamagitan ng aktwal na pakikiisa sa pamayanan, pakikipagkapwa sa mga mamamayan, at pagtulong sa mga higit na nangangailangan.

Isang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng boluntaryo ng BTC, LSCs, mga organisasyon at komite na nakiisa sa matagumpay na pagsasakatuparan ng programa, pati na rin sa iba pang nagbahagi ng suporta at donasyon.

Sa pagpapatuloy ng ating BAYANIHAN, tayo ay mananatiling KASALO sa danas at pangarap ng Indigenous Peoples Community.

| BulSU sets March 30-April 1, 2026 to Work from Home (WFH) and synchronous online classes through OP Memo no. 26 s. 2026.

Meanwhile, for March 30-31, 2026 (Monday and Tuesday), frontline offices shall maintain a skeleton workforce to ensure continuity of essential services. The concerned offices include:

a. Registrar's Office
b. Accounting Office
c. Cashier's Office
d. Budget Office
e. Information and Communications Technology Office
f. Human Resource Management and Development Office
g. Procurement Office
h. Asset Management Office
i. University Infirmary/ Clinic

On April 01, 2026 (Wednesday), a full Work-from-Home arrangement shall be observed across all offices, and no skeleton workforce shall be required. All transactions shall be conducted strictly through online platforms.

KASALO PROJECT 2026 | SEKTOR NG MAGSASAKA

Nitong nagdaang Enero 2026, nagtungo ang Bayanihan Tayo Committee sa Barangay Mojon, Malolos City, Bulacan upang makiisa sa produksiyon at araw-araw na gawain ng mga magsasaka bilang bahagi ng KASALO PROJECT. Sa aktwal na paglahok, mas naunawaan natin ang kanilang kalagayan—mula sa hirap ng pagtatanim at pag-aani hanggang sa patuloy na pakikibaka para sa sapat na kita at seguridad sa kabuhayan.

Ang inisyatibang ito ay pumapailalim sa Campus-to-Community Network na layuning patatagin ang ugnayan ng pamantasan at komunidad sa pamamagitan ng aktwal na pakikiisa sa komunidad, pakikipagkapwa sa mga ordinaryong mamamayan, at pagtulong sa mga higit na nangangailangan.

Isang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa mga boluntaryo ng BTC, LSCs, at komite na nakiisa sa pagsasagawa ng nasabing programa, maging sa iba pang nagbahagi ng suporta’t donasyon para sa mga pesante at anak-pawis. Lubos din ang aming pasasalamat sa Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas at Nagkakaisang Magbubukid ng Malolos sa pangunguna at paggabay sa buong aktibidad.

Sa pagpapatuloy ng ating BAYANIHAN, tayo’y mananatiling KASALO ng mga magsasaka sa kanilang danas at pangarap.

Noong nagdaang Enero 2026, nagtungo ang Bayanihan Tayo Committee sa Philippine Children’s Mission sa Pulong Gubat, Balagtas, Bulacan upang makiisa at magbahagi ng suporta sa isa sa mga benepisyaryo ng proyektong KASALO PROJECT.

Ang inisyatiba na ito ay pumapailalim sa Campus-to-Community Network, na naglalayong pagtibayin ang ugnayan ng pamantasan at komunidad sa pamamagitan ng makabuluhang pakikilahok, serbisyong panlipunan, at konkretong aksyon para sa mga higit na nangangailangan.

‎Isang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa mga BTC Volunteers, LSCs, at komite na nakiisa sa pagsasagawa ng nasabing programa, maging sa iba pang nagbigay ng suporta at donasyon para sa ating mga kabataan na nangangailangan.

REPORT | SG Funds Used to Date for Academic Year 2025–2026 Amount to ₱1.35 million

Adding ₱1,069,024.94 to the ₱288,484.89 utilized last August, the total funds used to date, March 2026, by the Bulacan State University Student Government now amount to ₱1,357,509.83.
