BULSU Office of the Student Financial Assistance and Scholarships The Office aims to provide Scholarships and Financial Assistance to undergraduate students provided they pass the requirements as grantees.

Our office is located along the BulSU Main Gate road beside the College of Law building.

This extension applies only to applicants who have successfully registered in the E-Scholarship Application System on or before September 17, 2026.

๐Ÿ“ŒWHAT: CALL FOR TULONG DUNONG PROGRAM (TDP) FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-2027.

Application is now open to ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN SATELLITE CAMPUS who are officially enrolled for the Academic Year 2026-2027.

๐Ÿ“ŒQualification:
1. All Students enrolled in Satellite Campus who are officially enrolled for the Academic Year 2026-2027 in their first undergraduate degree program. (Second Courser are not qualified);
2. Not an existing TES and TDP grantee;
3. Not an existing CHED Merit Scholar;
4. Not a recipient of any other government-funded scholarship of grant.
5. FOR EXTERNAL CAMPUS ONLY.
