Applicants are encouraged to complete the pre-registration on time and carefully follow all provided instructions for enrollment in the College Applicant’s Portal to avoid any issues or delays. Failure to comply within the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your slot in favor of waitlisted applicants.

Batangas State University (BatStateU) reminds the public that its registered marks, including both its word marks (e.g. the University name) and its device and stylized marks (e.g. logo, seal, tagline, and other distinctive visual identifiers), are 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟴𝟮𝟵𝟯.

Unauthorized use of these marks may give rise to civil and, in appropriate cases, criminal liability under applicable laws.

𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗨 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, which may be formalized through a duly executed Trademark Licensing Agreement or other appropriate written authorization in accordance with intellectual property laws and University policies.

All business establishments and/or individuals currently producing or selling merchandise bearing the BatStateU registered marks without authorization are hereby directed to cease such activities immediately and coordinate with the Office of the Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension Services for proper authorization and licensing.

SALUTE TO THE NEWLY LICENSED CRIMINOLOGISTS

Batangas State University, The NEU – JPLPC-Malvar Campus proudly achieved a 100% institutional passing rate in the February 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination, with all 92 examinees from the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) successfully earning the title of Registered Criminologist.

The university ranked 1st in the 51–100 examinees category, reflecting its continued commitment to excellence in criminal justice education.

In view of the observance of Eid’l Fitr on March 20, 2026, and pursuant to Administration Services Advisory No. 1, s. 2026 regarding the implementation of the Compressed Work Week, Batangas State University, The National Engineering University, will observe the following temporary operating hours for frontline services this week:

Monday to Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Office hours from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM will resume next week.

Pursuant to the Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, and in accordance with Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2022, as amended, as well as the Office of the University President (OUP) Memorandum Order No. 458, s. 2026, Batangas State University, The National Engineering University shall adopt and implement the following energy conservation protocols and measures effective March 9, 2026.

Please note that beginning March 9, 2026, University offices will be open to stakeholders from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in line with the implementation of the Compressed Work Week for non-teaching personnel.
