We would like to inform you that the official conduct of the 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗢𝗙𝗣𝗘𝗦) for the 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 will officially start today, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. During this period, the routine will be accessible in the RTU Employee Portal.

In addition, the Official Evaluation Period for Faculties will end on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, whereas the Official Evaluation Period for Students will end on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟬𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

As a means of continuously building up the child protection capacity of the Department of Education (DepEd) personnel, the DepEd Learner Rights and Protection Office (LRPO) and Stairway Foundation would like to announce the offering of the second batch of the LRPO-Stairway Child Protection E-learning Course for Educators.

This free course will officially start on May 13, 2024, and will run until June 30, 2024.

Delivered as a fully asynchronous and self-paced course, it offers ten (10) CPD points to Licensed Professional Teachers (LPT) for successful course completers.

Things to bring:
1. For currently enrolled Grade 12 students
- E-permit with 2x2 picture
- Original and photocopy of Grade 12 School ID
*In cases of non-issuance of School ID:
- Certificate of Enrollment/Certificate of Candidacy as Grade 12 student/Registration form/Recent photocopy of Form 138

2. For Graduates of Grade 12 but has never been enrolled to any College / University
- E-permit with 2x2 picture
- Certificate of Graduation/Diploma/Form 138

Dress Code Reminder:
Examinees are required to adhere to the university's dress code policy. Please refrain from wearing crop tops, ripped jeans, and sandals. Kindly wear a white shirt/polo shirt. Appropriate attire is necessary for entry into the university premises.

Important Reminders:
1. Come to your schedule at least 30 minutes before the examination.
2. Your examination schedule will be strictly followed. You must follow the assigned schedule, as rescheduling the examination will be prohibited.
3. Prepare your requirements before the schedule of your examination to avoid forfeiture of your examination schedule.
4. NO PERMIT, NO EXAMINATION
Note: If you have successfully registered online but have not received your e-permit, please proceed to the CASU office 30 minutes before your examination schedule.
5. OBSERVE proper protocols upon entry in the university.
