𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲: The University of Cebu officially opens enrollment for college freshmen on Monday, April 6, 2026!

𝑨𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 (𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒏/𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔):
a. Photocopy of the report card up to 3rd grading period (𝘪𝘧 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘺𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦);
b. Good Moral Certificate(𝘪𝘧 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦);
c. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate or Local Civil Registrar Copy;
d. 2 copies 2x2 colored ID pictures (white background); and
e. 2 copies 1x1 colored ID pictures (white background).

Basic Education (Pre-elementary to Senior High School) enrollment is also ongoing.

As approved by Atty. Augusto W. Go, the student's accounting offices hereby authorized to approve enrollment applications for the students with outsanding balance not P7,000.00 provided the applicable enrollment fee has been paid for.

The approval policy granted to Deans/Principals and CADs shall remain in effect for students with outstanding balance above P7,000.00.

This policy is issued for 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 to ensure a more streamlined enrollment process while maintaining appropriate financial oversight.

📢Greetings with peace, love, and joy!

We are glad to inform you that the enrollment for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2024-2025 was opened last May 2024 and is still ONGOING until further notice. If you wish to enroll in the Marine Engineering course, kindly proceed to the enrollment area located at the Annex 1, Social Hall for assistance.

📌For INCOMING NEW STUDENTS (FRESHMEN) please bring the following:
-Original copy of SHS report card
-Original copy of Certificate of good moral
-5 pcs 2x2 ID pictures white background with NAME TAG
-2 pcs 1x 1 ID pictures white background with NAME TAG
-NSO birth certificate/PSA (2 Photocopies).

📌For the RETURNEES, TRANSFEREES, AND CROSS-ENROLLEES kindly proceed to the Student Affair's Office first and bring the following:
-Certificate of Transfer Credential
-Certificate of Good Moral
- Informative Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
-2 pcs 2x2 ID pictures white background with NAME TAG

📌For OLD STUDENTS proceed to the office and submit the following:
-Completed Clearance
-Grades from the last semester
-Updated enrollment in the UCLM Portal
