Fall seven times, stand up eight. — Japanese Proverb

Life may knock us down more than once, but every fall is another chance to rise, learn, and keep moving forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out—just keep taking the next step.

Rest if you need to, but never give up on yourself.

May this Sunday remind us that every new day is another opportunity to begin again.
