WHO MAY APPLY?
1. The applicant must be a native and/or a resident of Mandaue for at least five (5) years immediately preceding the date of graduation, or that he/she is a son/daughter of a Mandauehanon, who is presently residing in Mandaue City;

2. Must be of good moral character;

3. Qualified graduates of any collegiate course from any school, college, or university with a general average rating of at least 90% or its equivalent, taking into consideration his/her school and community involvements and achievements, with emphasis on leadership and service.
Criteria:
50% Academic
30% Leadership
20% Community

4. Must have graduated during the year 2025

An important message for all Mandaue City College Employees:

Following an advisory from the Mayor's Office, and effective immediately via MCC Internal Memorandum 1619 s. 2025, all work at MCC is suspended until further notice due to the recent earthquake and the need for thorough safety assessments.
Classes and official transactions will be suspended pending building inspection and clearance. Please wait for a separate announcement regarding classes.

Your safety and well-being are our utmost concern. Please use this time to stay safe and follow all local emergency guidelines.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will send out updates regarding the resumption of work as soon as we receive clearance from the appropriate authorities.

The City Government of Mandaue announces the Search for College Administrator (City Government Department Head II) for Mandaue City College (MCC).
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Not less than thirty-five (35) years old and not a day older than the sixty-first (61st) birthday at the time of application;
2. A Filipino citizen;
3. Holder of an earned doctorate degree that is defined as Level 8 in the PQF, under RA No. 10968, awarded by a CHED-recognized HEI or foreign institution accredited by its respective higher education ministry/ commission or appropriate regulatory body;
4. With proven track record as HEI Administrator (e.g., president, vice-president, dean, campus administrator, director) or high-level management executive/ administrator, whether in the public or private sector, for at least five (5) years; Nomenclature of the position is high-level management;
5. Must not have been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude, or an offense punishable by imprisonment for a period exceeding six (6) years, or suspended administratively for twelve (12) months, or dismissed from the service;
6. Has at least five (5) years of teaching experience in the tertiary level (Full-time/ Part-time);
7. Has 32 hours of relevant training in management and supervision; and
8. Holder of a Career Service (Professional) or Second Level eligibility/ PRC License (if applicable).
