NOTE: Certificate of Residency must be SIGNED by Brgy. Captain.

Good day, MDCians!

We would like to announce that enrollment for the 2nd Semester, School Year 2023-2024 starts tomorrow, December 1, 2023! Please proceed to your respective Program Heads/Principal for your advisement slip.

Regular operations will continue at the MDC Serafica Campus until December 15, 2023, from 8am to 5pm. However, starting December 16, 2023, we will be FULLY OPERATING at the new campus at Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan.
