REMINDER TO ALL TES APPLICANTS
To all students who are currently filling out the Online Pre-Application Form for TES A.Y. 2026-2027, please be reminded to fill out the form CAREFULLY and ACCURATELY.
Please take note of the following:
Make sure all required fields are completely filled out.
Double-check your personal information before submitting — name, address, contact number, and other details must be CORRECT.
Ensure that the information you provide matches your official school records and valid documents.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that applications with INCORRECT or INCOMPLETE information on the required fields will NOT BE PROCESSED.
Once submitted, changes may no longer be accommodated. Please review your answers thoroughly before hitting the submit button.
For concerns and clarifications, please visit the Registrar's Office / TES Office.
The deadline for submission is July 26, 2026. Do not wait for the last minute!

Online Pre-Application for TES A.Y. 2026-2027 is OPEN (for new applicants only)
This pre-application is for the Tertiary Education Subsidy for the School Year 2026-2027. Please note that this does not guarantee a slot; all applications will be validated by the UniFAST Board. The deadline for submission of the Certificate of Residency is on July 26, 2026, at MDC TES Office.
THIS IS OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS FROM 1ST YEAR - 4TH YEAR, INCLUDING TRANSFEREES WHO HAVE NOT YET APPLIED.
Students who are ALREADY TES BENEFICIARIES do NOT need to submit a new application.
