| Please be informed of the following 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐒 to the 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩-𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 for graduates and their companions, in accordance with the directives of Malacañang and PICC in view of the ongoing ASEAN Summit.

Please take note of the following:

• 𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐁𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄: The Delegation Lobby Entrance (Main Entrance) and Secretariat Lobby Entrance will be closed.
• 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐏-𝐎𝐅𝐅: Gate 2 (along the Forum side) will be open as the designated drop-off area for graduates and their companions.
• 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄: The designated entrances will be the QUAD Entrance (along the Secretariat Building) and Artists’ Entrance (facing the Forums).
• 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐋𝐘 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀: The Lower Bridgeway will serve as the assembly area.
•𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀: The Forums will be opened as a waiting area.

Security personnel and ushers will be stationed at the designated areas to assist graduates and their companions. Please plan your schedule accordingly and allow sufficient time for travel, drop-off, and entry into the venue.

The PUP College of Accountancy extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI) for its generous book donation on August 12, 2026. This meaningful initiative reflects ACPACI's commitment to advancing education and supporting the development of future professionals.

To ensure that these valuable resources benefit a wider academic community, the donated books were formally turned over to the PUP University Library, where they will be made accessible to students and faculty as references for learning, research, and professional growth.

The event was attended by the ACPACI delegation headed by Mr. Marvin Madrigalejo, ACPACI President for FY 2026, and Ms. Ofelia P. Oroceo, Vice President for Community Development and Social Involvement. Representing PUP were Dean Noel A. Bergonia, Chair Ryan Roque, Chair Marietta Doquenia, Dr. Catherine Sotto, Dr. Glenn Magadia, Asst. Prof. Lyra Victoria Lascano, and University Library Director Joselito D. Domingo.
