As we embark on the last Monday of August, we look back at the sacrifices of the Filipino people who had shed blood, sweat, and tears for the nation we now call ours.

Heroes that exist even to this day. Continuing the Filipino legacy through their service, dedication, and compassion with the Filipino people, for the Filipino people.

Today is a celebration of bravery, loyalty, and courage to have fought and lived for the motherland and a definite marker of our rich history viewed through lenses of different eras.

As the graduation ceremony continued and countless of Haribons have transitioned into leaving their nest to fly and soar high into the real world, some of which have left an incredible run and impact on this very organization. The PLM Computer Science Society is beyond ecstatic and proud for the upcoming future of these Haribon Computer Scientists that were with us until the end of their residencies. We want to take this opportunity to thank each of them for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to the PLM Computer Science Society.

Thank you for your service, commitment, and contributions that made our community more connected. Your never-ending dedication and efforts have helped shape, improve, and made the experience of being a Computer Science student fuller. Your run as PLM Students may be over, but we will always hold space for the experiences and events that were made possible by this organization through your collective efforts and willpower.

An excerpt from Ninoy's personal letter while being imprisoned during the Martial Law for his son, Noynoy. An exchange that will later inspire the then 13 year old kid who will lose his father to the cause of service in the name of the Filipino Nation and People.

As we commemorate the ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘๐ซ๐ Death Anniversary of ๐๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ ๐ง๐จ ๐’๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐จ๐ง "๐๐ข๐ง๐จ๐ฒ" ๐€๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐จ ๐ˆ๐ˆ, the man that awakened, strengthened, and inspired the burning nationalism that resides in the core of each and every Filipino, blazing through the darkest days of Martial Law that later birthed People Power Revolution and restored democracy, we get to look back in pride and admiration.

May this day remind us to not take our freedom for granted and stand for each and everyone. A piece of history embedded into our story as Filipino people and a Filipino Nation.

As we say goodbye to our A.Y. 2025-2026 CSS Executives, the time has finally come to do the same to their trusted leaders that kept their own committees in line. Competent leaders that made the executivesโ€™ jobs a bit more manageable despite its highs and lows.

A year of ๐‚ollective effort, ๐’ubstantial work, and ๐’tellar performances from the very executives that held the fort down when there are ๐‚haos of the unknown, ๐’torms of uncertainty, and ๐’trikes of destructive lightning illuminating the mishaps, shortcomings, and changes that brought turbulence, emerging unscathed and only coming back stronger every time.

Thank you for your undeniable efforts, patience, and initiatives that drove this organization further and further, boosting not just morale but also the sense of ๐‚ommunity, ๐’afety, and ๐’tability for the Haribon Computer Scientists of your time.

We might run out of ๐‚๐’๐’ words to bind together but we will never run out of gratitude and appreciation for you and your impact during your time. Thank you for this chapter, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
